Theresa heads up the Project from our town-centre office at the Baptist Church. She has many years experience in the caring sector having previously worked for The British Red Cross and The Dorothy Kerin Trust.
Before training as a specialist instructor with Later Life, Jane worked in the Rehabilitation unit at Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead. Jane is the only instructor in Tunbridge Wells who is currently qualified in the provision of therapeutic exercise for reducing the risk of falls and fractures in older people. Her qualification is supported by the Dept. of Health and has ‘Endorsed Training Status’ with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
Elizabeth is a local minister’s wife from Bidborough and has a background in teaching and pastoral care.

All our volunteers are police checked (holding an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure) and are monitored by the office
